The AfriTech Hub, in collaboration with Soronko Academy, has today, July 1, 2024 officially launched the Soronko SCILLS (Strengthening Communities, Improving Lives, and Livelihoods) program in the Northern Region of Ghana. This initiative marks a significant step towards bridging the digital divide and creating economic opportunities for 25 women in this region.

The Soronko SCILLS program, developed with the support of the Internet Society Foundation, aims to equip women with essential digital skills. The curriculum is designed to be comprehensive and practical, covering key areas such as:
